These are invented planning statements for a writing exercise. A sample example is not evidence that a proposal will work.

A clear argument
leaves its steps
in view.

  1. 01

    Say what you mean.

Start with one understandable claim. A reader should not have to reconstruct the main idea from the supporting details.

  2. 02

    Show the connection.

Explain how a reason relates to the claim. A useful example makes the thought clearer without pretending to prove it.

  3. 03

    Make room for a challenge.

A counterpoint can help you refine the proposal. Keep the open question visible rather than hiding it in the margins.

About this independent writing concept

Pomerantz Appeals is a fictional argument-outline software concept using the domain name as a project label. It is not a law firm, attorney, appeals practice, legal service, or representation of any real person or organization. No affiliation, credentials, legal advice, case analysis, or legal outcomes are claimed. The examples are ordinary invented writing exercises. No documents or personal information are processed, and selections reset when this page reloads.
